Five Elements music intervention group:After TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment choose the appropriate five-element music according to the syndrome typeOnce a day for 30minutes for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Those who meet the screeningcriteria for mental subhealth that is according to theresults of the Chinese norm any one of the following criteria can be used for screening of mental subhealth :A:Total score exceeds 120-160;B:The number ofpositive items exceeds 30-43;C:Any factor score exceeds 1.6-2.The number of positive items indicates the number of items in which thesubject shows "symptoms"(a scoreof 2 or above indicates symptoms).Factor score =total score of itemsconstituting a certain factor/number of items constituting acertain factor.2)Willing toparticipate in the two randomlyassigned groups;3)Comply with the experimental principles;4)Giveinformed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who do not meetthe screening criteria;2)Those who are unwilling toaccept the intervention;3)Those who failed toparticipate in theassessment of theintervention outcome due tovarious reasons;4)Those who refused to sign theinformed consent form.
