Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia; (2) aged between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old); (3)PSQI total score > 7; (4) can independently complete the filling of various rating scales; (5) Patients who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent form; (6) The study protocol was strictly followed and the treatment regimens of the investigators were completed; Patients who met the above 6 criteria were included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; (2) perimenopausal and menopausal women; (3) patients with other sleep disorders; (4) unable to withstand acupuncture stimulation susceptible to dizziness or allergy to needles
