Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of severe stress urinary incontinence in Western medicine; (2) 18 years old =75 years old female; (3) Agree to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) mixed incontinence urge incontinence overfilling incontinence etc.; (2) Patients with pelvic organ prolapse =? degree urinary incontinence surgery history or pelvic floor surgery history; (3) History of recurrent urinary tract infection (=3 times/year); (4) Residual urine > 30ml; (5) Cough and other diseases that can cause increased abdominal pressure in the past 1 week; (6) Patients with serious heart liver kidney and other major diseases or other serious life-threatening basic diseases patients with ulcers abscesses skin infections limb mutilations and other conditions in the selected acupuncture point area that cannot be treated with acupuncture and patients with symptomatic mental diseases and mental disorders; (7) Pregnancy or lactation; (8) Patients with cardiac pacemakers; (9) Metal allergy or severe fear of needles; (10) Received drugs for the disease pelvic floor muscle exercise percutaneous electrical stimulation and other treatments within 3 months before admission; (11) Received acupuncture or electroacupuncture treatment within or before 3 months before enrollment; (12) Researchers who have participated in other clinical medical trials within the last 3 months.
