Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old and = 40 years old gender not limited; (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of functional ankle instability in traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (3) Individuals with a Cumberland ankle instability score of = 24; (4) Without any rehabilitation treatment; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are ankle fractures dislocations ligament ruptures and peripheral nerve injuries; (2) Combined cardiovascular disease or severe diseases of the hematopoietic system; (3) Those who take other medications or treatments that affect the effectiveness of treatment; (4) Patients with severe skin damage or skin diseases in the manipulation area; (5) Individuals with severe organic or mental illnesses; (6) Individuals who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the three months prior to participating in this study; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Individuals with a clear history of infectious diseases or genetic history; (9) Those who have discomfort reactions to massage.
