Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for lumbar protrusion; (2) Age 18-60 years old gender unlimited; (3) Single segment protrusion unilateral nerve involvement; (4) Duration of disease =3 months; (5) Patients should voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of severe spinal trauma; (2) Patients with spinal bone tumors tuberculosis and osteoporosis as shown in imaging; (3) severe neurological impairment such as cauda equina nerve injury; (4) Patients with cardiovascular cerebrovascular hematopoietic digestive and other serious diseases or mental disorders; (5) There is skin damage or infection in the manipulation area; (6) Participants in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
