Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed as DPN; Drugs related to DPN have not been adjusted within 3 months; SNAP < 6µV or nerve conduction velocity < 42 m/s); Fibula SNAP< 10µV fibula NLG < 42 m/s tibia MNAP < 8 mV tibia MNLG < 40m/s; No history of acupuncture treatment for peripheral neuropathy.Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35 kg/m2; PN caused by non-diabetes (such as alcoholism, chemotherapy, genetic causes, chronic inflammation or idiopathic PN, etc.); History of epilepsy; Coagulation dysfunction or use Anticoagulant with bleeding; There are bacterial infections or other skin diseases in the lower limbs, which hinder acupuncture treatment; Fracture of lower limbs in the last 3 months; Have received acupuncture treatment in the last 3 months; Currently participating in other clinical studies.
