Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Western medicine diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for depression and anxiety in the Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders and Diagnostic Criteria (3rd edition) (CCMD-3) while traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for depression syndrome in the National Higher Traditional Chinese Medicine College Planning Textbook (11th edition) of Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine; (2) The patient has a Hamilton Depression Scale score of = 7 and a Hamilton Anxiety Scale score of = 7; (3) Patients who have been diagnosed and treated by a doctor for at least 2 weeks and do not require medication; (4) Healthy college students who do not have other serious physical illnesses or serious psychological or mental illnesses; (5) Age between 18-28 years old; (6) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute phase patients with various serious diseases such as heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney; (2) Individuals with past/present suicidal tendencies or suicidal behavior, combined with other mental illnesses or consciousness disorders; (3) Has serious drug or alcohol dependence or abuse; (4) Those who are unable to cooperate with treatment and require medication therapy; (5) Pregnancy or menstrual period.
