Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the classification criteria of pSS established by American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2016; (2) aged 18-75 years old; (3) informed consent of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respiratory systems or suffering from mental diseases or diabetes and poor blood sugar control; (2) Combined with blood diseases tumors and other autoimmune diseases; (3) The patient refused to participate in the study.
