Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients with Sjögren's syndromegren's Syndrome: (1) meet the classification criteria of pSS established by American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2016; (2) aged 18-75 years old; (3) informed consent of patients. For healthy individuals: (1) aged 30-75 years old; (2) Confirmed as a healthy person through physical examination; (3) have been no cases of acute or chronic infections in the past two months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For patients with Sjögren's Syndrome: (1) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respiratory systems or suffering from mental diseases or diabetes and poor blood sugar control; (2) Combined with blood diseases tumors and other autoimmune diseases; (3) The patient refused to participate in the study. For healthy individuals: (1) those with a family history of rheumatic and autoimmune diseases; (2) Refusing collaborators; (3) Due to other reasons participants are not suitable.
