18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Non-surgically resectable stage III and IV non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer patients; -Age =18 years=75 years; -PS score 0-2; -Life expectancy = 6 months; -Patient or family member living together for a long time owns a smartphone and can operate and use it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with recent severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as severe arrhythmia unstable angina acute heart failure acute myocardial infarction aortic coarctation acute cerebrovascular disease and other severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; -Patients with severe neuromuscular or osteoarthritic diseases extensive bone metastases of malignant tumours etc. that severely affect activity; -Active organ haemorrhage; -Active infectious diseases; -Pregnant or breastfeeding females; -Unstable mental illness with risk of self-harm or harm to others; -Unimproved vision hearing impairment cognitive impairment etc. who are unable to co-operate in completing daily activities; -Other conditions that in the judgement of the investigator make enrolment in this study unsuitable; -being involved in other interventional clinical studies.
