Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Clear diagnosis of anterior talofibular ligament injury imaging data proving the presence of type III IV injury or type II injury accompanied by obvious clinical symptoms; 2) The affected limb had normal function before the injury which belongs to acute injury that has not been treated or conservative treatment is ineffective; 3) Complies with the indications for reconstruction surgery of anterior cruciate ligament injury with no surgical contraindications; 4) Age greater than 15 years old and less than 65 years old; 5) The patient has no mental illness can communicate and interact normally and can cooperate with treatment; 6) Agree to undergo reconstruction surgery for anterior talofibular ligament injury in our department and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients under 15 years old or over 65 years old; 2) Patients with type I anterior cruciate ligament injury combined with ankle fractures and multiple ankle ligament injuries; 3) Patients with severe underlying diseases such as heart brain and lung who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgical trauma; 4) Patients with open fractures pathological fractures or severe nerve vascular and soft tissue injuries; 5) Patients who have other physical reasons and cannot undergo training therapy for rehabilitation afte
