Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cancer patients: 1) Stage I-III primary tumor diagnosed by pathology and knowledge of the disease; 2) age =18 years old; 3) Pittsburgh sleep quality Index (PSQI) > 7; 4) clear consciousness and good cooperation; 5) have a smartphone; 6) able to provide informed consent. Inclusion criteria for caregivers included: 1) involvement in the primary care of the patient (living with the patient or visiting the patient at least twice a week in the past month); 2) age =18 years old; 3) clear consciousness and good cooperation; 4) having a smartphone; 5) able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for cancer patients: 1) Unable to be enrolled due to other objective factors (such as deafness or severe hearing loss, neuropsychiatric disorders, etc.); 2) use of anti-insomnia medications; And 3) those who had received music intervention or received other psychological intervention. Caregiver exclusion criteria: 1) paid caregivers; 2) those who could not be enrolled due to other objective factors (such as deafness or severe hearing loss, neuropsychiatric disorders, etc.); 3) use of anti-insomnia medications; And 4) those who had received music intervention or received other psychological intervention.
