Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 40 and 85 years of age; 2. It conforms to the wind-phlegm-blood stasis type in the recovery period of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for ischemic stroke; 4. Accompanied by different degrees of cognitive impairment 5. Transcranial CT/MRI evidence of intracranial infarction; 6. Onset time = 2 weeks; 7. The patient himself or the client signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic stroke; 2. Acute phase of ischemic stroke; 3. Central system lesions such as brain trauma infection tumor and parasite; 4. Combined with severe organ dysfunction; Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 5.6 months; 6. Those who are allergic to the drugs in this study; 7. Poor compliance and inability to take drugs as prescribed.
