18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old or above; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic stable phase of chronic heart failure; (3) The NYHA classification of cardiac function is I-III; (4) The patient or family members are informed and sign an informed consent form; Note: Only those who meet the above conditions can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other reasons that restrict activity; (2) In the acute phase of chronic heart failure; (3) Patients with a resting heart rate exceeding 120 beats per minute, or those who have recently experienced recurrent malignant arrhythmias (paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia); (4) Individuals with combined mental illnesses; (5) Those who have practiced traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as Wuqinxi, Tai Chi, Baduanjin, and other qigong within the past three months. Note: Any of the above conditions are excluded.
