Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the medical history and examinations such as CT/MRI it conforms to the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction (the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018") and at the same time head MRA is examined to evaluate the vascular condition; (2) It conforms to the TOAST classification belonging to large artery atherosclerotic and small artery occlusive cerebral infarction; (3) The age is = 40 years old and = 85 years old; (4) The patient can cooperate with the collection of data on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements; (5) Inpatients of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) hemorrhagic stroke and mixed stroke; (2) According to the TOAST classification it is cardiogenic embolism ischemic stroke with other definite etiologies and ischemic stroke of unknown etiology; (3) The age is less than 40 years old or greater than 85 years old; (4) Those who cannot cooperate with the data collection.
