Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: stroke patients 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage with a disease course within 3 months. 2)The lesion is located in the subcortical unilateral sensory-motor pathway. 3)Presence/absence of proprioception reduction on the affected side evaluated by the (revised) Nottingham Sensory Assessment scale for deep sensation (position sense movement sense). 4)Right-handed. 5)Age between 35 and 80 years with no gender restriction. 6)No consciousness disturbance stable condition and the ability to understand and cooperate with the entire trial. 7)No underlying diseases affecting limb sensation and movement such as arthritis joint diseases or diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 8)No use of psychotropic medications in the past month. healthy people 1) Right-handed; 2) Aged 35-80 years regardless of gender; 3) No organic or significant functional diseases; 4) No family history of mental or neurological disorders; 5) No physical discomfort (e.g. cold headache cough) during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
