50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 50 and above; 2. For patients eligible for ophthalmic cataract surgery the surgical method is phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation; 3. Patients who undergo surface anesthesia as the anesthesia method; 4. Surgical patients who have no previous history of ophthalmic surgery hypertension diabetes or systemic disease; 5. Willing to participate in this project; 6. No understanding or communication barriers able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. diabetes; 2. Hypertension; 3. Suffering from mental illness and cognitive impairment; 4. Patients with a history of systemic diseases 5. Complications during surgery
