18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster neuralgia;2. Age = 18 years regardless of gender; 3. Has received antiviral treatment prior to hospitalization with unsatisfactory pain control and a visual analog scale (VAS) pain score of = 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent acute infections or injuries at the puncture site; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with concurrent coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with cognitive impairments or those who are unable to cooperate adequately; 5. Patients with severe dermatomal herpes zoster; 6. Patients with a history of drug abuse; 7. Patients with psychiatric disorders or those deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial.
