Age
65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) over 65 years of age;2) need to undergo hip fracture reduction internal fixation or artificial femoral head hip replacement surgery;3) Patients who can tolerate surgery;(4) Patients and their families agree to enter the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pathological fracture;2) Mental illness or delirium can not cooperate with treatment;(3) Patients who cannot tolerate surgery due to physical diseases and other organ insufficiency;(4) Patients with malignant tumors severe pneumonia liver and kidney insufficiency or heart function above grade III.
