35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 35-65 years old; Duration =1 year; 6.5% < HbAlc< 12.0%; FPG=7.0mmol/L; 2h-PBG=11.1mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes mellitus; Pregnancy; Severe diabetic complications; Severe liver and kidney disease; Infectious diseases; Cancer; Myocardial infarction; Stroke; Mental illness; Take drugs that may affect intestinal flora (antibiotics drugs for digestive tract diseases etc.) 1 month before enrollment; Drinking too much.
