Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnostic criteria for diagnosing sarcopenia; 2) Age range is 60-85 years old; 3) Those who meet the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of spleen and kidney deficiency type; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Metal devices or electronic medical instruments implanted in the body such as pacemakers are prohibited from using bioelectrical impedance Patients with severe abnormalities in physical functions such as heart liver and hematopoietic system; 3) Individuals with mental and emotional disorders (such as schizophrenia depression anxiety etc.) who are unable to cooperate; 4) Combining malignant tumors severe infections severe gastrointestinal bleeding active pulmonary tuberculosis and other diseases that affect nutritional status; 5) Physical disability unwillingness to participate in research or inability to complete follow-up; 6) For patients with poor treatment compliance.
