40 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 40-69 years old; 2) Generally in good condition ECOG score 0-2 points; 3) Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma high-risk screening population with pathological diagnosis of normal esophageal mucosa low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or early esophageal cancer (including high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia); 4) Understand and agree to accept the relevant data and specimen collection of this project and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or lactating patients; 2) Patients with concurrent tumors in other parts organic diseases acute oral infections HBV or HCV diseases; 3) Patients with a history of diarrhea or infectious diseases within 4 weeks before collecting the microbiota; 4) Patients who have used antibiotics PPIs or other acid-suppressing drugs hormones or drugs related to regulating intestinal microbiota such as probiotics like Bifico within 4 weeks before collecting the microbiota; 5) Patients who have consumed foods or drugs that affect tongue color within 4 weeks before collecting the tongue image; 6) Patients with mental disorders.
