Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the stroke diagnosis criteria in the "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Efficacy Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases and Syndromes" (National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Efficacy Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases and Syndromes [M]. Beijing: China Medical Science and Technology Press 2017: 190.); 2) Complies with the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs (Trial)" for the differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (National Medical Products Administration. Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs (Trial) [S]. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute exacerbation of IS and ICH; 2) Subarachnoid hemorrhage or transient cerebral ischemia; 3) Cerebellar or brainstem infarction; 4) Merge malignant brain tumors tuberculosis and trauma; 5) Merge systemic diseases; 6) Combined organ dysfunction; 7) Combining skin diseases swallowing disorders and consciousness disorders 8) Suspecting or having a history of alcohol or drug abuse or other possible conditions that according to the researcher's judgment may reduce the likelihood of inclusion or make inclusion more complicated 9) Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials or have participated in clinical trials of other drugs for less than 3 months after completion; 10) According to the researchers' assessment there are any other conditions that may increase the patient's risk.
