Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with AECOPD diagnosis of TCM and Western medicine; 2.age=60 years old; 3.Informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of respiratory failure; 2.Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases malignant tumors blood system lesions and other major diseases; 3.Individuals who cannot cooperate with Chinese medicine or fail to follow the doctor's instructions to take medicine on time; 4.Conditions such as pneumothorax or bulla formation accompanied by a tendency for bleeding; 5.A documented history of mental health issues or cognitive impairments.
