Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke the course of disease was 1-30 days; 2) first unilateral ischemic stroke; 3) Anterior circulation infarction diagnosed by imaging; 4) age 40-80 years old both sexes right-handed; 5) no brain surgery or thrombolytic therapy was performed after the onset; 6) Moderate to severe upper limb motor dysfunction Brunnstrom stage ?-?; 7) Patients understood and signed the informed consent form by themselves and those with upper limb movement disorder who were inconvenient to sign the informed consent form could be replaced by fingerprints.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unstable vital signs accompanied by severe heart lung and kidney dysfunction; 2) patients with motor dysfunction caused by other diseases such as multiple sclerosis traumatic spinal cord injury etc.; 3) Severe speech attention hearing vision intelligence and cognitive impairment; 4) patients with a history of severe mental disorders; (5) contraindications to MRI examination such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators; 6) claustrophobic; 7) Alcohol or drug addiction; 8) Pregnant or lactating patients; 9) Participated in similar acupuncture researchers within the past three months.
