Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia; (2) Age 45-85 years old male and female; (3) Mentally sound and can cooperate with neuropsychological evaluation; (4) Hachinski Ischemia Scale (see Appendix 2) =7 points; (5) had not received traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment related to vascular dementia in the past 2 weeks and had to undergo a 7-day washout period if receiving other treatment; (6) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease Parkinson's disease brain trauma congenital mental retardation intracranial tumors and other diseases; (2) consciousness disorder severe speech disorder severe hearing impairment unable or unwilling to cooperate with examination and treatment; (3) Patients with schizophrenia epilepsy major depression severe cardiac liver and kidney dysfunction malignant tumors severe bleeding tendency severe gastrointestinal diseases severe lung diseases metabolic disorders or are in the acute phase of other diseases; (4) Patients with dementia before the onset of cerebrovascular disease; (5) Have a history of alcohol abuse abuse of psychotropic drugs or drug users; (6) Patients with previous acupuncture dizziness allergic to acupuncture needles and cicatricial constitution of acupuncture; (7) Those allergic to Donepezil hydrochloride and piperidine derivatives; (8) Galactose intolerance Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption; (9) Pregnant and lactating women.
