Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Female patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ? or ?; 3. Never smoked; 4. General anesthesia; 5. Laparoscopic surgery; 6. The preoperative physical examination and laboratory examination were basically normal. 7. Good mental state and good compliance
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension diabetes coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases or severe organ dysfunction; 2. History of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. Patients with puncture site damage or infection; 4. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or allergic to them; 5. Patients with abnormal lung liver kidney function and coagulation function before operation; 6. Patients with recent use of sedatives or antiemetics
