Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee; (2) Being in an exacerbation phase of the disease and aged 40-70 years; (3) Not using other therapeutic drugs within 2 weeks before and during the treatment and no history of drug allergy; (4) Normal mental status and comprehension ability independent completion of relevant questionnaires good compliance and can complete the treatment according to the doctor's instructions; (5) The patient and his/her family have given informed consent and signed an informed consent form; (6) Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have been treated with previous knee surgery combined with knee tumour rheumatoid tuberculosis septic and acute injury; (2) Patients with allergy to drugs severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (3) Confirmed cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases peripheral arterial diseases; (4) With active peptic gastric ulcer gastrointestinal bleeding; (5) Excluding endocrine diseases such as diabetes obesity and other causes of osteoarthritis of the knee; (6) Those who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy.
