Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Western medicine diagnostic criteria meet the International Classification of Diseases tenth edition ( ICD-10 ) elements of clinical symptoms ( low mood loss of interest and pleasure fatigue or loss of vitality ) and duration = 2 weeks and pass the ' Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ' ( fifth edition ) ( DSM-5 ) screening conditions ; ( 2 ) The diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes refer to the main symptoms of liver depression in the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for depression ( 2017 edition ) accompanied by ' depression ' - poor appetite weight loss fatigue and dry stool ; with ' melancholy ' -sadness to cry chest tightness abdominal distension ; accompanied by ' anger depression ' - irritability chest fullness bitterness and nausea. ( 3 ) Age between 10 and 24 years old regardless of gender ; ( 4 ) In line with the clinical symptoms of ICD-10 and through the ' Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ' ( DSM-5 ) Western medicine diagnosis and screening and with reference to the ' Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Depression ( 2017 Edition ) ' TCM diagnosis ; ( 5 ) Patients who have received antidepressant treatment have a stable dose for at least 14 days before treatment ; it can completely extract the four diagnostic data of traditional Chinese medicine cooperate with relevant tests and examinations ; ( 6 ) Compliance is good and voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Does not meet the inclusion criteria ; there are depressive symptoms induced by physical diseases and drug factors ; schizophrenia bipolar disorder and other severe mental illness ; organic mental disorders ; malignant tumors and critical cardiovascular blood and endocrine system diseases ; alcohol or narcotics abuse ; cognitive function or mental state abnormalities can not cooperate with the researchers ; pregnant and lactating women ; diseases of thyroid and testicular function ; participating in other clinical trials.
