18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include patients aged between 18 and 60, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of less than III, who are scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher; a preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 7; and those with cognitive dysfunction, speech, or hearing impairments that prevent them from cooperating.
