Interventions
Observation Group:Chinese herbal decoction, one dose daily, 200ml in the morning and 200ml in the evening, taken orally.
Control Group:Oral ibuprofen 200 mg 3 times daily for 2 consecutive days for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Comply with the diagnosis of Western medicine and Chinese medicine developed in this study 2: Female patients aged 15-45 years 3: Regular menstrual cycle between 28±7 days 4: No other form of treatment for the disease within 1 month prior to treatment 5: Voluntary informed consent; for patients under 18 years of age the legal guardian should sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with menstrual abdominal pain due to organic pelvic disease (e.g. endometriosis adenomyosis pelvic infection) 2: Allergy to drugs used in this study 3: Participation in a clinical trial of another drug within the last month that interferes with this study 4: Combined cardiovascular cerebrovascular hepatic renal haematological and other serious medical and surgical diseases
