Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke depression with a HAMD-17 score ranging from 8 to 24 points; 2) The patient is conscious with stable vital signs and able to cooperate with examination and treatment; 3) Age<75 years old; 4) Disease duration<3 months; 5) Have not received acupuncture treatment or taken antidepressants in the 30 days prior to the study; 6) Not participating in other ongoing clinical studies; 7) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. Note: Only subjects who meet all 7 criteria mentioned above can be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; 2) Individuals with a history of depression prior to the occurrence of stroke; 3) Individuals with cognitive impairments articulation disorders aphasia hearing impairments etc. who cannot cooperate; 4) Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture or cannot cooperate in completing this experiment Note: Participants who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
