Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria related to adenoid hypertrophy; (2) Individuals aged between 3 and 12 years old for enrollment; (3) Obtain the informed consent of the guardian and sign the informed consent form (for children aged eight and above who have the ability to decide whether to participate in clinical trials obtain written informed consent from themselves and their guardians) and voluntarily participate in clinical observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age below 3 years old and above 12 years old; (2) Those who received medication treatment 4 weeks before treatment; (3) Sleep snoring and mouth breathing caused by non adenoid hypertrophy such as obesity deviated nasal septum sinusitis and nasal injury; (4) Allergies to mometasone furoate nasal spray or other serious adverse reactions; (5) Individuals with infectious diseases or mental illnesses;
