Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Prior history of spinal cord pelvic disease or surgery that meets the diagnostic criteria for pediatric lower motor neuron neurogenic bladder; (2) Age 3 to 14 years old; (3) Abnormal voiding function since childhood etiology including trauma abnormal spinal development pelvic deformity resulting in lower motor neuron damage; (4) Voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with congenital urethral valves and urethral stenosis primary enuresis pediatric overactive bladder and non-neurogenic neurogenic bladder; (2) Relevant treatment prior to treatment including recent administration of bladder receptor blocker medications performing clean intermittent catheterization indwelling catheter catheterization and performing cystostomy or bladder enlargement; (3) Those with urinary tumors and other chronic inflammatory conditions such as interstitial cystitis and glandular cystitis; (4) Psychological factors developmental abnormalities surgical injuries mental illness and others who cannot receive acupuncture and electroacupuncture;
