35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) First occurrence of stroke with a course of less than 6 months and stable vital signs; 2) 35 years old<age<75 years old gender not limited; 3) Affected upper limb = Brunnstrom II stage; Muscle strength = level 2; Muscle tone = Grade I (Modified Ashworth Scale MAS); 4) Sitting balance = Level 2; 5) Bobath handshake can actively bend forward at least 90 degrees; 6) Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe visual auditory and attention impairments that affect training; 2) Upper limb dysfunction caused by other diseases; 3) Serious illnesses such as severe heart disease cancer or gastrointestinal bleeding; 4) I have experience in Tai Chi pushing hands in the past 6 months; 5) MMSE score: Illiteracy score = 17 points primary school score = 20 points secondary school and above score = 24 points; 6) Those who cannot be followed up in other places.
