Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis meets the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. 2) Age range from 45 to 80 years old regardless of gender 3) The patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form (if the patient is unable to sign the informed consent form due to physical disabilities or other reasons the patient's family member shall sign on their behalf). 4) Mild to moderate depression patients with a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score greater than 7 but less than or equal to 24. 5) Unconscious disorders aphasia heart function greater than or equal to level 3 stable vital signs. 6) right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with comorbid dementia (MMSE = 20) aphasia cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate in completing relevant tests such as the scale. 2) Previous history of mental illness or family history of mental illness. 3) Serious suicidal tendencies. 4) Patients with unstable vital signs during the acute phase (within two weeks) or progression of stroke. 5) Individuals with severe skin diseases or localized skin damage. 6) There are contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination such as the presence of pacemakers and metal implants in the body.
