Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: The Western medical diagnosis is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for phlebitis of the American Society for Intravenous Fluid Nursing 2: The Chinese medicine diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Damp-Heat Stasis of Qingshedu in the Fifth Edition of Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery for the New Century 3: Infusion of medications leading to phlebitis 4: The patient was over 18 years old 5: No immune system diseases and serious organ diseases 6: Voluntary acceptance of Chinese medicine treatment and the ability to return on time and complete clinical treatment observation as required
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Phlebitis from other causes (e.g. central venous cannulation via peripheral vein puncture) 2: Severe uncontrolled organic pathology or infection such as decompensated cardiac pulmonary hepatic or renal failure which precludes the application of herbal treatment 3: Patients who are not able to follow the study methods or do not comply with medical advice
