Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI); 2) Aged between 60 and 85 years old; 3) Have not engaged in regular exercise in the past six months that is at least three times a week each time at least 20 minutes of various forms of regular exercise; 4) Provide informed consent and voluntarily sign the "Informed Consent Form".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hypertension and uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg after medication); 2) Patients with a history of mental illness (such as dissociative identity disorder schizophrenia severe depression etc.) or other major neurodegenerative dementias; 3) Patients with severe liver kidney blood disorders and primary endocrine system diseases; 4) Patients with severe aphasia significant visual impairment visual field defects visuospatial neglect and hearing disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment and related assessments; 5) Patients with bone and joint diseases affecting movement such as osteoarthritis joint replacement fractures etc.; 6) Patients with cognitive impairment caused by drugs poisoning or other reasons; 7) Patients currently participating in other research trials that may affect the results of this study; Any individual meeting any of the above conditions will be excluded.
