30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Postoperative lower limb lymphatic edema secondary to gynecological malignant tumors; 2)Aged between 30 and 75 years; 3)Disease stage corresponds to lymphatic edema Stage I or II; 4)Diagnosed as Yang deficiency with water accumulation syndrome according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation; 5)After being fully informed of the specific content and methods of this study the patient understands and agrees to participate and voluntarily joins this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1) Patients with tumor metastasis or lymphatic metastasis after re-examination; 2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart lung liver kidney or thyroid dysfunction hypoproteinemia or mental disorders; 3) Patients with skin rashes trauma ulcers or infections on the affected limb; 4) Patients with a history of chronic skin diseases or who are prone to allergies to traditional Chinese medicine; 5) Patients who are currently undergoing chemotherapy radiotherapy or have completed a full course of chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the last 3 months; 6) Patients with lower limb vascular diseases such as arterial and venous thrombosis or arteriosclerosis in the affected limb.
