Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of LDH Western medicine; Male or female, age 18~60 years old; Patients need to read carefully and voluntarily participate in and sign the "Informed Consent Form"; No invasive examination of the lumbar region in the past 2 weeks, no history of lumbar spine surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cauda equina nerve symptoms; Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illness such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; Patients with suspected or confirmed lumbar joint, soft tissue and neuraxial tumors; Lumbar vertebra fractures, infections, and undiagnosed spinal injuries with symptoms of spinal cord injury;
