Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for FC and 4 points < PHQ-9=14 points (i.e. mild depression moderate depression) and/or 4 points < GAD-7=14 points (i.e. mild anxiety moderate anxiety); 2. Meet the TCM diagnosis of functional constipation (qi stagnation syndrome); 3. Patients with no gender limitation and 18= age =80 years old; 4.Patients who signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria and do not use drugs according to regulations; 2. Constipation caused by drug or organic disease was examined; 3.Allergic patients to the drug tested; 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Patients with serious primary diseases such as blood endocrine mental and other systems. 6)PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores were diagnosed as moderate to severe anxiety and depression.
