22 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for female stress urinary incontinence; Aged between 22 and 60 years; Have at least one history of childbirth; Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate. Patients who meet the above criteria will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with urge urinary incontinence; History of ankle sprain within the past year; Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score for low back pain or knee pain exceeding 3 points; History of lower limb or pelvic fracture within the past year; Pregnant patients; Patients in the acute phase of pelvic inflammation, with a history of pelvic surgery, or severe pelvic organ prolapse; Postpartum lochia not yet cleared or during menstruation; Poor healing of vulvar wounds; Patients with electrical conduction devices in the body, such as pacemakers or metal contraceptive devices; Patients with mental disorders, significant physical disabilities, major diseases, or cognitive impairments; neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease; and respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
