Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be in good health (2) Guaranteed no other means of recovery during the recovery period (3) No physical training during the experimental period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Bleeding easily in normal times or suffering from bleeding disorders such as anaphylactic purpura hemophilia leukemia etc. (2) Suffering from neurological diseases such as epilepsy etc. (3) Intervention site (calf triceps surface) has obvious open wounds upper limb obvious pain swelling fracture healing is not firm muscle and joint diseases neuromuscular injuries (4) People with metal implants or intracranial infections in the skull (5) With pacemakers cardiac stents hearing aids and other metal or electronic products in the body
