50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Age 50-75 years old gender is not limited; (3) Duration of disease =1 week VAS score =7 points; (4) No other treatment has been received within 1 week before the visit; (5) Symptoms of acute exacerbation of pain such as knee swelling and pain; (6) The Kellgren-Lawrence grade of imaging should not exceed grade III; (7) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2) Patients with active gastrointestinal disease; (3) Patients with pain and limited activity around the knee joint caused by tuberculosis tumor or fracture; 4) Patients with local skin damage ulceration or skin diseases; 5) Patients with gouty rheumatic or rheumatoid knee arthritis; (6) Patients with serious primary diseases or mental diseases such as heart brain liver kidney hematopoietic system; 7) Patients with severe osteoporosis; 8) Patients with artificial joints.
