Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants will be eligible for inclusion if they meet the following inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic non-specific low back pain and the syndrome differentiation criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for low back pain with blood stasis obstruction; 2. age range of 18 to 40 years old gender not limited; 3. 4 = VAS = 7 points at the initial visit; 4. have not received CNSLBP related treatment in the past three months; 5. consent to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent 6. commit not to carry out other relevant treatment within the course of treatment including but not limited to drug treatment (non steroidal drugs opioids traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations etc.) minimally invasive interventional treatment surgical treatment etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. a combination of serious complications (including but not limited to severe infections severe injuries cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney dysfunction lung dysfunction hematopoietic system diseases and tumor activity); 2. pregnant or lactating women; 3. patients with mental illnesses; 4. patients with combined acute and chronic skin diseases (skin infections ichthyosis tinea corporis pemphigus vulgaris psoriasis atopic dermatitis allergic dermatitis contact dermatitis erythema multiforme skin cancer etc.) or those with open wounds on the skin and local skin lesions that are not suitable for treatment; 5. patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to topical medications.
