45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 45 years old = 80 years old;2) Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting or heart valve surgery for the first time;3) Be aware, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma and other chronic lung diseases;2) There are other serious reasons that affect physical activity besides coronary heart disease;3) Uncontrolled tachycardia (heart rate>120 beats/min at rest);4) Uncontrolled shortness of breath (breathing rate>30 times/min at rest);5) Uncontrolled respiratory failure (blood oxygen saturation = 90%);6) Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg);7) Uncontrolled malignant arrhythmias leading to hemodynamic instability;8) Uncontrolled septic shock and sepsis;9) Exercise may lead to deterioration of the nervous system, motor system, or rheumatic diseases;10) Researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in the experiment.
