20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Previous good health no physical pain depression or anxiety and other mental diseases centerless liver kidney disease; 2) Right-handed; 3) In the past 1 month no smoking drinking drinking strong coffee sleep normal (sleep time > 6 hours per night); 4) Patients who have not received acupuncture treatment in the past 1 month; 5) No contraindications for MRI scanning such as claustrophobia metal implantation in the body etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are neurological diseases mental diseases; 2) Patients with cerebral infarction diabetes or other diseases affecting brain function; 3) Patients with metal denture fMRI contraindications and acupuncture contraindications; 4) Patients with serious heart liver kidney disease or tumor; 5) Pregnant or lactating women.
