Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Chinese medicine diagnosis: 1)Disease diagnosis: refer to the Diagnosis and Efficacy Assessment Criteria of Stroke Disease (Trial) published by the Brain Disease Emergency Collaboration Group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1996. (ii) Diagnosis of symptoms: in accordance with the evidence type of qi regulating formula established in this study. (2)Western medical diagnosis: ischemic stroke in accordance with the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018. (3) 40 years old = 90 years old; (4)14 days = onset time = 180 days; (5)Informed consent signed by the patient himself/herself or signed by his/her immediate family members on his/her behalf.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Stroke patients who are in critical condition or in combination with heart liver kidney hematopoietic system and other important organs failure. 2) Those who are allergic to Chinese medicines. 3) Those who are not allergic to Chinese medicine; (2)Those who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine; (3)Those who cannot complete the basic course of treatment those whose compliance may be poor (i.e. cannot adhere to the treatment) and those who are difficult to follow up; (4)Women during pregnancy or lactation; (5) Patients with mental disorders infectious diseases and tumors.
