Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Based on medical history onset characteristics and progression speed liver failure can be categorized into four types. This study includes all patients diagnosed with acute liver failure subacute liver failure acute-on-chronic (subacute) liver failure and chronic liver failure. 2. Patients who have received at least one treatment with Shugan Ning Injection. 3. Patients with complete original medical record information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot be granted access to electronic medical record review. 2. Patients for whom any other factors affect data collection for the study.
