40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2) Age 40-75 years (inclusive); 3) Meet the Kellgren-Lawrence ?-? grading criteria; 4) VAS pain score 4 points = = 7 points; 5) Patients who have not undergone relevant treatment (including arthroscopic surgery chondrocyte transplantation knee replacement and other surgical treatments intra-articular injection oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs etc.); 6) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic system; 2) Patients with a history of allergy to related drugs; 3) Patients with a history of mental illness; 4) Fever>37.5? white blood cell count exceeds the upper limit of normal value; 5) Breastfeeding pregnant women; 6) Participated or is participating in other clinical research in the past 3 months.
